This time, the boots—once again made by ultra-cult designer Carol Christian Poell's Viennese cobbler—were polished. Tim Hamilton Fall 2009 That says a lot about the clothes they accompanied. Hamilton pushed the tailoring for Fall 2009 in New York Fashion Week, streamlining the silhouette, narrowing lapels, shrinking collars.
